"Smell terrible at entrance and corridor due to repaint /drain . Receptionist could be more helpful and friendly. The Receptionist that check me in didnt even bothered to smile. When i told her she gave a wrong room as already stated in the email. She was black face and even take back the welcome drink voucher. 😂 well i didn't really need one. The only good service come from your security and bellman otherwise for serive i will not hesitate to give 0 star. Room is very basic but clean. Breakfast ala-carte but not suitable for everyone. This is my first stay but if i ever come again for sure will not stay here again."

"I enjoy my stay with Maayo Hotel. The amenities is great, thr location is good too. I can see the Mactan Bridge as well as the sea. They have a pool and I enjoyed my time swimming in there. 10/10 for Maayo!"

"Location and price thumbs up, mattress very soft hence bad for oldies like me or those with sensitive back. Cleanliness/staffs' helpfulness:👍. Water pressure/shower floor area a bit poor/uneven/slight water pooling. Air conditioning: good, WiFi passed. Overall acceptable still for what you are paying, stayed 3 nights, give and take nothing to complaint. First room was bright fronting main road but no wardrobe, I requested to change to another room with wardrobe and the staffs were helpful, thanks Dorothy and Cyrus. Easy going people should have no issue staying here, but for those who are particular or fussy; not recommended."

"The place is nice as expected but has a minimal timeline on the pool usage, it only opens from 7am to 7pm. That's one thing. Standout: their staff are really nice, very considerate. The father of my children visited us beyond the allowable time (i was not informed of their rules though) they're supposed to charge us for an additional fee but when I explained they did not hassle and understand the situation. So kudos to the front desk personnel whose wit is beyond measure. Overall our stay was a great 5 ⭐, because of this complex scenario. Thanks Crown Regency 😁"

"Good hotel. we had the misfortune of staying on the same floor with a group of Chinese tourists, they staeted shouting at 7 in the morning in the corridor. The staff intervened promptly. Breakfast is decent forea few days trip, the bacon seems cooked in batches and reheated when needed, so it's too dry and not how it should be. The swimming pool is decent, you get sunshine between 10 am and 2 pm, then there is the shades of the building."

"Arrived later in the evening but still received fantastic service! Extremely friendly and respectful employees ☺️ My wife and I were only able to spend one night this trip, but were still given a double upgrade on our room which was clean and fresh! Used room service for our late dinner as we were very tired from a long day and a tiring flight and the food was excellent 👌.We are planning another trip to Cebu in June and are getting our reservation as soon as possible. Excellent location, especially if you have to visit the American Consulate as they share the same building. ❤️"
